No, although items are mostly donated/ recycled, we would like to clarify that we are not a non-profit organization and as such, we do need to charge a fee for our services. Our fees are reflective of the value we provide to our clients, and we strive to ensure that they are reasonable and competitive within the industry. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to working with you.
Why do I have to pay for this service?
Our organization incurs significant costs in terms of manpower and transportation upkeep, which is why we have to charge a fee for our services. Additionally, we are obliged to dispose of non-recyclable items, which also incurs costs that we must pass on to our clients. We understand that this may be an inconvenience, but we strive to keep our fees as reasonable and transparent as possible.
