Switch off the appliance and arrange safe disconnection of power and water hoses before collection. Do not attempt connections you are unsure how to handle; tell us what assistance is needed before booking. If the machine is stacked, built in, stuck in a tight service yard or difficult to access, send photos so we can plan manpower safely.
